International student orientation is scheduled for August 19-20 for undergraduate international students and August 23 for graduate international students. We will continue to provide updates as it gets closer. New international students are required to attend.
ISS Pick Up Service
If you would like to be picked up at the airport or bus stop in Duluth, please let us know
3 weeks before your arrival by emailing us at [email protected] with your travel details, including arrival time and location. Please note: ISS arranged pick-up hours are between 8:00am-11:00pm. The last day for ISS pickups is Sunday, August 18.
We recommend that new undergraduate students who will live on-campus arrive on Sunday, August 18th since that is the day new international undergraduate students can move into on-campus housing.
Important note: Depending on the number of requests we receive and staffing availability, we may have a limited number of pick ups available. Please continue to submit your requests and we will follow up with you when we have more information. We will follow up with you to confirm if we are able to offer pick up service or not. If we are not able to pick you up we will provide information about other transportation options you can use once you arrive in Duluth.
