If you are a new student arriving in Duluth via airplane, bus, or shuttle and would like ISS to arrange to pick you up, please email ISS at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival. Due to holidays and campus closures, we will be unable to offer pick up service December 23 - 29 and December 31 - January 1. Please note: ISS arranged pick-up hours are between 8:00am-11:00pm. The last day for ISS pickups is Sunday, January 12.
We recommend that new undergraduate students who will live on-campus arrive on Sunday, January 12 (9am - 10pm) since that is the day new international undergraduate students can move into on-campus housing.
Important note: Depending on the number of requests we receive and staffing availability, we may have a limited number of pick-ups available. Please continue to submit your requests and we will follow up with you when we have more information. We will follow up with you to confirm if we are able to offer pick-up service or not. If we are not able to pick you up we will provide information about other transportation options you can use once you arrive in Duluth.
